This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how CloudQix 1200 Agora Drive, Suite C #229 Bel Air, MD 21014 (“CloudQix,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you use our websites, applications, and online services that link to this Policy (the “Sites”) and our cloud-based integration platform, SDK, APIs, and related services (the “Services”). 

By using the Sites or Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. 

2. What This Policy Covers 

  • Personal information means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. 
  • Sites means cloudqix.com and any related domains, forms, promotions, or events that link to this Policy. 
  • Services means the CloudQix integration platform, SDK, APIs, dashboards, workflows, and related support. 

Our Sites and Services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@cloudqix.com and we will delete it. 

3. Information We Collect 

We collect information in the following ways: 

a) Information You Provide Directly 

  • Registration Information: Name, email, company name, role, and billing information. 
  • Payment Information: We use a third-party payment processor to process payments. We do not store full payment card numbers or CVV codes. 
  • Communications & Support: When you contact us, submit forms, or request support. 
  • Events, Surveys, and Promotions: If you register or participate, we collect the information you provide. 
  • Community or Forums: If offered, information you choose to share publicly. 

b) Information Collected Automatically 

  • Technical Data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, session data, crash logs, and usage metrics. 
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: Used for site functionality, analytics, and advertising. See Section 9 for details. 

c) Information from Other Sources 

  • Business partners, referral partners, and third parties who provide us with lead or enrichment data. 
  • Public sources, such as social media interactions. 

d) Information Processed via Services 

  • End-User Data Pass-Through: CloudQix processes customer workflow data strictly as a pass-through. We do not store or retain customer end-user data beyond what is necessary to complete a workflow. 

4. How We Use Information 

We use personal information to: 

  • Provide, operate, and support the Sites and Services. 
  • Process transactions and billing. 
  • Improve features, security, and functionality. 
  • Respond to inquiries and provide support. 
  • Send administrative notices and marketing communications (you may opt out of marketing).

  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or security incidents. 
  • Comply with legal obligations. 

We do not use customer data for AI model training or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. 

5. How We Share Information

  • With Business Partners: If you participate in referral or partner programs. 
  • At Your Direction: For example, when you connect CloudQix to third-party applications.

We do not sell personal information. 

6. Data Retention 

  • Account data is retained for one month after account closure, then deleted or anonymized. 
  • Operational logs and backups are retained for limited periods for reliability and security, then removed on a rolling basis. 
  • We may retain certain information as required by law or to resolve disputes. 

7. Security 

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

Depending on your location and applicable law (including California): 

  • Access: You may request a copy of your information. 
  • Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate information. 
  • Deletion: You may request deletion of your information, subject to legal obligations. 
  • Opt-Out of Marketing: You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. 
  • Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. Cookies & Advertising 

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for: 

  • Site functionality (login, preferences). 
  • Analytics (understanding usage, improving features). 
  • Advertising (delivering relevant ads, retargeting). 

You may manage cookies through your browser or device settings. You may also opt out of personalized ads through industry programs (e.g., NAI, DAA). Opting out does not stop all ads but may make them less relevant. 

10. Integrations with Google Services 

When you connect CloudQix to Google services (e.g., Gmail, Drive): 

  • We request only the minimum scopes needed to provide workflows. 
  • Data is used solely to execute workflows you configure. 
  • We do not share Google user data with third parties. 
  • Tokens and data are encrypted in transit and at rest. 
  • Data is retained only as long as necessary to complete the workflow. 

11. International Data Transfers 

We process and store information in the United States. If that changes, we will implement legally required safeguards before transferring personal information internationally.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email where required.
